Evans Glass Company Announces Fabrication Facility Upgrades
Company Doubles Production Capacity and Expands Customer Base

Evans Glass Company recently announced major fabrication upgrades to its Nashville, Tennessee, facility. The production improvements streamline and automate the glass production line enabling the company to offer a wider range of products to better serve a more diverse customer base.

Among the many facility upgrades, the company installed an automated insulating glass line. The new Neptun/Battellino hybrid glass line not only increases throughput but also improves the quality of the units.

Additionally, Evans Glass installed a CoolTemper PowerJet oven, which has more than doubled production capacity and allows the company to fabricate a wider range of products.

Known for its pink delivery trucks, coffee cups, and its special pink Cadillac, Evans Glass also recently purchased an additional delivery truck enabling the company to offer more delivery services to its customers in middle and west Tennessee, southern Kentucky, and northern Alabama.

“We’re excited to expand our fabrication offerings from adding the new oven that increases our capacity and range of products to adding the insulated glass line,” explained Austin Evans, third generation owner of Evans Glass Company. “By adding another delivery truck, we look forward to servicing more customers throughout the Mid-South.”
